There are many different types of energy and they come from many different sources

there is energy all around us,the energy which surrounds us is called the nwfre or prana which also is our life force.

This energy is the universe and is all around us, in us and surrounds us and as well as a particle stream that is around us.

we pull in energy through our nadis which are energy channels and is circulated in and around us and goes through the chakras which are in our spine which need tobe opened and as well as the serpent whih is the kundalini and when opened sends a very powerful energy force throughout our bodies which actually is spiritual energy and moves throughout us searching for places to heal and to mind in our bodies and as well helps us to develop as a human being mind body and spirit.

In closing as we develop the kundalini energy grows with us and becomes stronger.
